• Ampere (A) times Volts (V) equals Watts.

Example: a motor powered by an 11 Volt battery and pulling 20 A is producing a power of 220 Watts.

Kv stands for the RPM per Volta of the battery.

Ex: 1000kv with 7.4 Volt battery equal to 7400 RPM (Limit)

1000kv with 11.1 volt battery equal to 11100 RPM (Limit)

Note:

Motors with large Kv normally use small propeller. Because the force needed to turn increases greatly with increasing size of the propeller.

Pulling more amps. If it exceeds the limit, it burns the motor or the Esc.
